Resumo: This master's thesis is linked to the Postgraduate Program in Education at the State University of Western Paraná (UNIOESTE), Francisco Beltrão - Paraná Campus (PPGEFB), research line Culture, Educational Processes and Teacher Training, and to the research group Education, Children and Childhood (GPECI). Due to constant technological advances, children are having access to digital technology resources at an increasingly early age, significantly influencing their cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and language development, as well as their social relationships and behavior. This research discusses aspects related to children's, school, family, and digital cultures in contemporary times, with a focus on the teaching and learning process of children aged 0 to 5, with an emphasis on the pandemic period due to covid-19. The general objective was to analyze the relationship between children, their families’ teachers, and digital technology resources in the context of Municipal Early Childhood Education Centers (CMEIs) in the municipality of Marmeleiro, Paraná, Brazil. The research question was: What are the impacts of digital culture on the relationships between children, families, and teachers? This quantitative, qualitative, and exploratory research was based on the following instruments for generating data: 1) a theoretical and bibliographical survey; 2) questionnaires, via Google Forms, answered by the early childhood education teachers of the CMEIs in the municipal network of Marmeleiro, by the families of the Regina Verônica Muller Municipal Early Childhood Education Center; and 3) an intervention with a class of kindergarten IV, with children aged 4 to 5. With this research, it was possible to see the growing expansion and significant influence of digital cultures in children's daily lives, in the family and school context, boosted by the covid-19 pandemic. In everyday family life, there has been a noticeable impact on the search for new strategies and playful activities with technological resources and entertainment to mediate knowledge in pedagogical practice. However, there are still countless difficulties thatpermeate teachers' daily lives: a lack of available resources, guidance, and training to help them in their pedagogical practice, so digital technology resources are more present as adjuncts, as support in pedagogical practice, and still little as content.

Debido a los constantes avances tecnológicos, los niños tienen acceso a recursos tecnológicos digitales a una edad cada vez más temprana, lo que influye significativamente en su desarrollo cognitivo, afectivo, psicomotor y del lenguaje, así como en sus relaciones sociales y su comportamiento. Esta investigación discute aspectos relacionados a la cultura infantil, escolar, familiar y digital en la época contemporánea, con enfoque en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de niños de 0 a 5 años, con énfasis en el período de pandemia por el covid-19. El objetivo general fue analizar la relación entre los niños, sus familias y profesores y los recursos tecnológicos digitales en el contexto de los Centros Municipales de Educación Infantil (CMEIs) del municipio de Marmeleiro, Paraná, Brasil. La pregunta de investigación fue: ¿Cuáles son los impactos de la cultura digital en las relaciones entre niños, familias y profesores? Esta investigación cuantitativa, cualitativa y exploratoria se basó en los siguientes instrumentos para la generación de datos: 1) una encuesta teórica y bibliográfica; 2) cuestionarios, a través de Google Forms, respondidos por los profesores de educación infantil de los CMEIs de la red municipal de Marmeleiro, y por las familias del Centro Municipal de Educación Infantil Regina Verônica Muller; y 3) una intervención con una clase de Infantil IV, con niños de 4 a 5 años. Con esta investigación, fue posible constatar la creciente expansión e influencia significativa de las culturas digitales en la vida cotidiana de los niños, en los contextos familiar y escolar, potenciada por la pandemia del covid-19. En la vida cotidiana familiar, ha habido un impacto notable en la búsqueda de nuevas estrategias y actividades lúdicas con recursos tecnológicos y de entretenimiento para mediar el conocimiento en la práctica pedagógica. Sin embargo, aún existeninnumerables dificultades que permean el día a día de los docentes: falta de recursos disponibles, orientación y capacitación para ayudarlos en su práctica pedagógica, por lo que los recursos tecnológicos digitales están más presentes como coadyuvantes, como apoyo en la práctica pedagógica y aún poco como contenido.Esta pesquisa está vinculada ao Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação da Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (UNIOESTE), Campus de Francisco Beltrão – Paraná (PPGEFB), linha de pesquisa Cultura, Processos Educativos e Formação de Professores, e ao grupo de pesquisa Educação, Crianças e Infância (GPECI). Com as mudanças tecnológicas cada vez mais presentes em nosso dia a dia, as crianças estão tendo acesso aos recursos de tecnologias digitais cada vez mais cedo, influenciando significativamente em seu desenvolvimento cognitivo, afetivo, psicomotor e na linguagem, além de também interferir nas relações sociais e no seu comportamento. Nesta pesquisa, são discutidos aspectos relacionados às culturas infantis, escolares, familiares e digitais na contemporaneidade, enfocando o processo de ensino e aprendizagem das crianças de 0 a 5 anos, com ênfase no período pandêmico devido à COVID-19. Como objetivo geral, busca-se analisar a relação das crianças, suas famílias e professores com os recursos de tecnologia digital no contexto dos Centros Municipais de Educação Infantil do Município de Marmeleiro-Paraná. A pesquisa apresenta como problema central a seguinte questão: quais os impactos da cultura digital nas relações das crianças, famílias e professores? Esta investigação de cunho quantiqualitativa e exploratória tem como instrumentos de geração de dados: 1) levantamento teórico e bibliográfico; 2) realização de questionários, via Google Forms, respondido pelas professoras de educação infantil dos CMEIs da rede municipal de Marmeleiro-PR, pelas famílias do Centro Municipal de Educação Infantil Regina Verônica Muller, e; 3) intervenção com uma turma de infantil IV, com crianças de 4 a 5 anos de idade. Com esta pesquisa, foi possível constatar a crescente expansão e influência significativa das culturas digitais no cotidiano das crianças, no contexto familiar e escolar, potencializadas pelo período pandêmico do COVID-19.
