THE CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS SOCIALIZATION IN THE TENNIS SPORT SOCIAL PROJECT CONTEXT

Resumo: This work has like aim to comprehend how is the way the participation of children and teenagers in the sport social project can reflect their socialization process. The subjects of this research are children who are inside of all activities of this project. Then, one analysis was done about these children in this project and, some references were collected. The study was done through of the participating observation in the social tennis sport context and others activities developed by children outside it in the village was the school is placed. This investigated project, searches to be the reference in the matter of citizenship development of children and teenagers in social huffiness, the aim is to give them opportunity to rewrite their own life’s histories by the systematic and disciplinary tennis’ practice. It was observed children come to this project with pre-established characteristics (a good behavior). The activities of this project always were conducted by their teachers maintaining the students occupied and existing, few spaces to free interactions. This mean that some characteristics as (a good behavior) for example, suggests a result of project action and the same time can suggest a pre-condition brought by these children and teenagers of the others socialization’s experiences. By the way, the action of judging or answering in this subject in their objectives and goals (it seems as positive), but to put in reflection the simple relation of cause-effect in these experiences with children.

Os sujeitos dessa pesquisa são crianças que freqüentam as atividades do projeto. Para tanto, fez-se uma análise cotejando o discurso proposto pelo projeto com as informações obtidas junto às crianças que dele participam. Realizamos este estudo através de uma observação participante no contexto de um projeto social de tênis, bem como nas atividades desenvolvidas pelas crianças fora dele, na vila, na escola. O projeto investigado busca ser referência no desenvolvimento da cidadania de crianças e adolescentes consideradas em situação de vulnerabilidade social e oportunizar que estes “reescrevam os seus projetos de vida”, por intermédio da prática “sistemática” e “disciplinada” do tênis. Constatamos que as crianças já chegam ao projeto com certas características pré-estabelecidas (“com boas condutas”). As atividades do projeto são sempre conduzidas pelos seus professores mantendo os alunos ocupados e existindo poucos espaços para interações livres. Estas características, dentre outras, parecem sugerir que aquilo que pode parecer um resultado da ação do projeto (“uma boa conduta”, por exemplo), pode ser ao mesmo tempo, algum tipo de pré-condição já trazida pelas crianças de outras experiências socializadoras.
