INDIVIDUAL LEARNING IN PROJECTS: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Resumo: The objective of this research is to understand how individual learning in projects is currently being studied and applied. For this, the Scopus and Web of Science databases were used to identify studies on this topic. In total, 36 articles were found that served as a reference for the systematic literature review. The results showed how individual learning in projects is being addressed in recent years. As a contribution, it presents an agenda and paths for further studies and a mapping of the themes addressed. Although other documents were analyzed, this study is limited to the Projects area only.

Para ello, se utilizaron las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science para identificar estudios sobre este tema. En total se encontraron 36 artículos que sirvieron de referencia para la revisión sistemática de la literatura. Los resultados mostraron cómo se está abordando el aprendizaje individual en proyectos en los últimos años. Como contribución, presenta una agenda y caminos para estudios posteriores y un mapeo de los temas abordados. Si bien se analizaron otros documentos, este estudio se limita únicamente al área de Proyectos.O objetivo desta pesquisa é compreender como a aprendizagem individual em projetos está sendo estudada e aplicada atualmente. Para isso, utilizou-se as bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science para identificar os estudos sobre esse tema.
