Resumo: Considering the theoretic and methodological principles from the French Discourse Analysis, this study aims to analyze the spaces of common agreement and the production of meaning effects of truth in Education through the way of essentiality and chaos. Therefore, this investigation is based on Foucault’s studies (2005, 2006, 2007), as well as Pêcheux’s (2008), proposing to analyze covers of the magazine Nova Escola through a discursive reading which considers the spaces reserved to the subjects of teaching – students and teachers – and the articulations of power-knowledge in the Media, regarding to the Brazilian education scenario. By considering the meaning and the discursive issues, this study is linked to the stage for the discussion which is, by its own turn, related to language matters and its work pointing to the construction of a real, through which remains the saying and the scene of what is said.

Para ello se fundamenta en los estudios de Foucault (2005, 2006a, 2006b, 2007) y Pêcheux (2008), volviendo para el análisis de tapas de la revista Nova Escola desde una lectura discursiva, que considera los lugares reservados al sujeto do enseñanza – alumno y profesor – y las articulaciones de poder-saber en el campo de la media, por medio de los cuales se discute la educación brasileña. Conectado con la investigación acerca del discursivo y del sentido, el presente estudio dialoga con la propuesta de ofrecer un espacio de discusión ligado, a su vez, con el lenguaje y su funcionamiento, apuntando para la construcción de una realidad en la cual impera el decir e la escena del dicho.Inscrito nos pressupostos teórico-metodológicos da Análise do Discurso francesa, este estudo objetiva analisar os lugares de consenso e a produção de efeitos de verdade na educação, tratando-a sobre o trajeto da essencialidade e do caos. Para tanto, fundamenta-se nos estudos de Foucault (2005, 2006a, 2006b, 2007) e de Pêcheux (2008), voltando-se para a análise de capas da revista Nova Escola a partir de uma leitura discursiva que considera os lugares reservados ao sujeito do ensino – aluno e professor – e as articulações de poder-saber no campo da mídia, por meio dos quais se discute a educação brasileira.
