REFLECTIONS ON THE TRAINING OF CHILDREN EDUCATION PROFESSIONALS: A COMPARATIVE STUDY AMONG ARGENTINA, BRAZIL AND URUGUAY

Resumo: | This article has as a theme of interest the training of childhood education professionals in Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. Through methodological field of comparative analysis, it sought to identify similarities and differences in the regulatory framework of public educational policies, verifying conceptions of childhood education and the minimum training required in the education laws of each country. The comparison exercise has become fundamental to understanding nuances in educational policies, allowing triangulation of information. Considering the researched elements, it was verified the conception of childhood education is similar in the three countries, as well as the compulsory of enrollment from the age of 4 years. In contrast, teacher training differs. Finally, it is concluded that the State is the guardian of public interests and the formulator of policies in front of the demands of society, seeking to equate the problems and to legitimize decisions regarding the formation of teachers. |

Por medio del campo metodológico del análisis comparativo, ha buscado identificar semejanzas y diferencias en el marco regulatorio de las políticas públicas educativas, verificando las concepciones de educación infantil y la formación mínima exigida en las leyes de educación de cada país. El ejercicio de comparación se hizo fundamental para entender matices en las políticas educativas, permitiendo triangular información. Considerando los elementos investigados, se constató que la concepción de educación infantil es similar en los tres países, así como la obligatoriedad de matrícula desde los 4 años. En contrapunto, la formación de maestros se diferencia. Por último, se concluye que el Estado es el guardián de los intereses públicos y el formulador de políticas frente a las demandas de la sociedad, buscando equilibrar problemas y legitimar decisiones en vista a la formación de maestros.Este artigo tem como tema de interesse a formação dos profissionais de Educação Infantil no Brasil, Argentina e Uruguai. Por meio do campo metodológico da análise comparada, buscou identificar semelhanças e diferenças no marco regulatório das políticas públicas educacionais, verificando as concepções de Educação Infantil e a formação mínima exigida nas leis de educação de cada país. O exercício de comparação tornou-se fundamental para entender nuances nas políticas educacionais, permitindo triangular informações. Considerando os elementos pesquisados, constatou-se que a concepção de Educação Infantil é similar nos três países, assim como a obrigatoriedade de matrícula a partir dos 4 anos. Em contraponto, a formação de professores se diferencia.
