CHANGES IN THE HIGH SCHOOL AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH INTERNATIONALIZATION OF BRAZILIAN HIGHER EDUCATION

Resumo: This article aims to analyze the educational reformation in the Brazilian high school, pointing out that internationally the teacher's work in the 21st century is marked by mass, administration by performance (accountability), privatization and commercialization. After a historical construction building on the reform of the national state, the emphasis is given to the relationship between changes in high school and the internationalization of higher education. Therefore, a larger examination overview shows that the profit possibilities transform knowledge into market raw materials and produce the convergence of educational reforms according to strict financial rationality.

Despues de una construcción historica sobre los cambios del Estado nacional, el énfasis es comprobado por las relaciones entre los cambios de la Enseñanza Secundaria y la internacionalización de la Educación Superior. Por lo tanto, un examen con mediaciones más amplias revela que las posibilidades de beneficio cambia el conocimiento en materia-prima mercantil y producen la convergencia de las reformas educacionales segundo la estricta racionalidad financiera. Este artigo busca analisar as reformas educacionais no Ensino Médio brasileiro, apontando internacionalmente que o trabalho do professor no século XXI é marcado pela massificação, administração por performance (accountability), privatização e comercialização. Após uma construção histórica sobre a reforma do Estado nacional, a ênfase é conferida às relações entre as mudanças no Ensino Médio e a internacionalização da Educação Superior.
