Resumo: | The objective of this paper is presenting a critical discussion about the teacher training to whom teaches Mathematics in the early years of elementary school. It begins by outlining the matter of difficulties in teaching and learning Mathematics, recurring in research and academic discourses, highliting as one of the factors to teacher training. Then we present the contributions of two different theoretical, Lee Shulman and V. V. Davydov to face this problem. It is concluded affirming that V. V. Davydov’s contributions are more effective and that its proposal could be better used to advance in the quality of Mathematics education. Thereunto, its introducing is necessary from the initial teacher training. |

Empieza por el diseño del problema de las dificultades de enseñanza y de aprendizaje de Matemática, recurrentes en las investigaciones y en los discursos académicos, destacando como uno de los factores la formación de los profesores. En seguida, se presentan contribuciones de dos teóricos distintos, Lee Shulman y V. V Davydov, para lidiar con este problema. Se concluye afirmando que las contribuciones de V. V. Davydov son más efectivas y que su proposición podría ser más bien utilizada para hacer avanzar la calidad de la educación Matemática. Para ello es necesaria su introducción en la formación inicial de profesores.L'objectif de ce document est de présenter une discussion critique sur la formation de l'enseignant qui enseigne les mathématiques dans les premières années de l'école élémentaire. Il commence par une description du problème des difficultés dans l'enseignement et l'apprentissage des mathématiques, les candidats en recherche et universitaires discours, émerge comme un des facteurs de la formation des enseignants. Ensuite, nous présentons les contributions des deux différent théorique, Lee Shulman et V. Davydov V, pour faire face à ce problème. On conclut en affirmant que les contributions de V. V. Davydov sont plus efficaces et que sa proposition pourrait être mieux utilisé pour faire avancer la qualité de l'enseignement des mathématiques, avec l'apport nécessaire de la formation initiale des enseignantes.O objetivo deste texto é apresentar uma discussão crítica acerca da formação do professor que ensina matemática nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. Inicia-se pelo delineamento do problema das dificuldades de ensino e de aprendizagem de matemática, recorrentes nas pesquisas e nos discursos acadêmicos, destacando como um dos fatores a formação dos professores. Em seguida apresentam-se as contribuições de dois teóricos distintos, Lee Shulman e V. V Davydov, para o enfrentamento deste problema. Conclui-se que afirmando que as contribuições de V. V.
