In PIBID's backyard, teaching "achadouros" (findings): teaching cases, formative narratives and professional development

Resumo: The article aims to bring to debate the interfaces between teaching cases and formative narratives, taking as object of analysis the actions developed in a subproject of the Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência [Teaching Initiation Scholarship Program] (Pibid), within the scope of the Pedagogy course at the Universidade Estadual do Mato Grosso do Sul. As methodological procedures, having the biographical method as theoretical reference, a bibliographic survey of the production on Pibid, narrative research and teaching cases was carried out, in addition to the analysis of reports produced by participants of the subproject in the period from 2011 to 2017 and the production of a teaching case based on observations of the classes of a beginning teacher graduated from Pibid and interviews with the teacher and the manager of the school where she worked. The results showed that the teaching cases are located, methodologically, in the field of formative narratives, life stories, memorials, autobiographical narratives and other devices linked to narrative research and the biographical method. We conclude that the use of teaching cases in the referred subproject provided the participants of Pibid with a reflection on the teaching practices, the school space and the conceptions about teaching, learning and teaching profession, qualifying the initial training and enhancing the institution of literacy practices based on social use of reading and writing and playfulness.

Como procedimientos metodológicos, teniendo como referencia teórica el método biográfico, se realizó un levantamiento bibliográfico de la producción sobre el Pibid, la investigación narrativa y los casos de enseñanza, además del análisis de los informes elaborados por los participantes del subproyecto en el periodo de 2011 a 2017 y la producción de un caso docente a partir de las observaciones de las clases de una maestra principiante egresada del Pibid y entrevistas con la maestra y la dirección de la escuela donde trabajaba. Los resultados mostraron que los casos de enseñanza se encuentran, metodológicamente, en el campo de narrativas formativas, historias de vidas, memoriales, narrativas autobiográficas y otros dispositivos vinculados a la investigación narrativa y al método biográfico. Se concluye que la utilización de casos de enseñanza en el referido subproyecto brindó a los participantes del Pibid una reflexión sobre las prácticas docentes, el espacio escolar y las concepciones sobre la docencia, aprendizaje y profesión docente, calificando la formación inicial y potenciando la institución de las prácticas de alfabetización basado en el uso social de la lectura y la escritura y en la ludicidad.O artigo objetiva trazer ao debate as interfaces entre os casos de ensino e as narrativas formativas, tomando como objeto de análise as ações desenvolvidas em um subprojeto do Programa de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (Pibid), no âmbito do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Estadual de Mato Grosso do Sul. Como procedimentos metodológicos, tendo como referencial teórico o método biográfico, foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico da produção sobre o Pibid, a pesquisa narrativa e os casos de ensino, além da análise de relatórios produzidos por participantes do subprojeto no período de 2011 a 2017 e a produção de um caso de ensino a partir de observações das aulas de uma professora iniciante egressa do Pibid e entrevistas à professora e à gestora da escola em que atuava. Os resultados apontaram que os casos de ensino se situam, metodologicamente, no campo das narrativas formativas, histórias de vida, memoriais, narrativas autobiográficas e outros dispositivos ligados à pesquisa narrativa e ao método biográfico.
