Resumo: The present work is part of a master’s research and aims to identify and analyze the contradictory relationships present in the undergraduate students’ conceptions regarding pedagogical theories. Data were collected through a questionnaire and interview based on the theoretical-methodological framework of Historical Dialectical Materialism, Historical-Critical Pedagogy and Historical-Cultural Psychology. The analysis of the interviews were made through these categories: consciousness (unreflected and reflected/phylosophycal), catharsis and worldview. It was possible to identify the students’ consciousness about the pedagogical theories and how the catharsis - essential to theorical thinking’s development - can form and transform the students’ worldview about the teacher’s work.

Los datos fueron recolectados a través de un cuestionario y entrevista desde el marco teórico-metodológico del Materialismo Histórico Dialéctico, de la Pedagogía Histórico-Crítica y de la Psicología Histórico-Cultural. El análisis de las entrevistas fue realizada mediante las categorías de consciencia (irrefletida e refletida/filosofica), catarsis e concepción del mundo. Fue possible identificar el nivel de consciencia de los estudiantes adelante de las teorías pedagógicas e como las catarsis - fundamentales en lo desenvolvimiento del piensamiento teorico - puedem formar y transformar la concepción del mundo de los estudiantes em relación ao trabajo del profesor.O presente trabalho é parte de uma pesquisa de mestrado e tem por objetivo identificar e analisar as articulações e contradições presentes nas concepções dos licenciandos frente às teorias pedagógicas. Os dados foram coletados por meio de questionário e entrevista e analisados a partir do referencial teórico-metodológico do Materialismo Histórico Dialético, da Psicologia Histórico-Cultural e da Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica. A análise das entrevistas foi realizada por meio das categorias de consciência (irrefletida e refletida/filosófica), catarse e concepção de mundo.
