Resumo: This thesis deals with the training of science teachers participating in the Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships (Pibid) in an Interdisciplinary subproject that encompasses the disciplines of Chemistry, Physics and Biology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), campus of Lagoa Nova - Natal. The main objective was to analyze the conceptual orientations and training goals in the process of training science teachers within the framework of this subproject of the Pibid. The theoretical framework is based on the discussion of the conceptual bases of formation, which refer to a set of ideologies, as well as the teaching and learning visions adopted by the training program, and are discussed by Garcia (1999), Feiman-Nemser 1990) and Pérez Gomez (1992); and on the goals of formation (valorization of teaching, integration between school and university, realization of methodological, technological experiences and teaching practices of an innovative and interdisciplinary nature, and articulation between theory and practice) that deal with the purposes of the Pibid described by its own (CAPES, 2009, 2013, 2014), and by research in the area. In a qualitative perspective, the Interactive Methodology (OLIVEIRA, 2001) was used to present the Hermeneutic-Dialectic Circle (CHD), as data construction technique, and Hermeneutic-Dialectic Analysis (AHD), as an analysis tool, along with a group of five participants who represented all the groups involved in the Interdisciplinary Pibid (two undergraduate scholarship holders, a supervising teacher, an area coordinator and a representative of educational process management); we also used the program documents and the observations in the field of work (School and University) as data sources of this research. As a result, it was verified that the Interdisciplinary Pibid in Sciences works on the five types of conceptual orientations (academic, practical, personal, technological and critical-social) proposed by Garcia (1999), Feiman-Nemser (1990) and Pérez Gomez ( 1992), offering a more comprehensive and diversified training for all its participants whether in initial or continuing training. It was also noticed that, even with some limitations found, it also achieves Pibid's training goals, fulfilling the social and pedagogical role of the program in the training of teachers. We also find some challenges in the reality of the program, such as: the comparison with ESO and lack of articulation with them; the institutional and budgetary dependence of the program's financier; and the use of the knowledge derived from the practice of the Bachelor's degree courses. In the same way, we perceive that the work proposal offered ample and careful descriptions of the moment, place, context and culture involved in the local Pibid, and presents a more comprehensive, critical, complex and dialogic way of understanding individual and social constructs that make up the studied reality.

O objetivo principal foi analisar as orientações conceituais e as metas de formação no processo de formação de professores de Ciências no âmbito desse subprojeto do Pibid. O referencial teórico situa-se na discussão das bases conceituais de formação, que se referem a um conjunto de ideologias, bem como as visões de ensino e aprendizagem adotadas pelo programa de formação, e são discutidas por Garcia (1999), Feiman-Nemser (1990) e Pérez Gomez (1992); e sobre as metas de formação (valorização do magistério; integração dentre escola e Universidade; realização de experiências metodológicas, tecnológicas, e práticas docentes de caráter inovador e interdisciplinar; e articulação entre teoria e prática) que tratam dos propósitos do Pibid descritos pela sua própria mantenedora (CAPES, 2009, 2013, 2014), e pelas pesquisas na área. Numa perspectiva qualitativa, foi utilizada a Metodologia Interativa (OLIVEIRA, 2001) que apresenta o Círculo Hermenêutico-Dialético (CHD), como técnica de construção dos dados, e a Análise Hermenêutica-Dialética (AHD), como ferramenta de análise, junto a um grupo de cinco participantes que representaram todos os grupos envolvidos no Pibid Interdisciplinar (dois bolsistas de iniciação à docência, uma professora supervisora, um coordenador de área e uma representante da gestão de processos educacionais); também foram utilizados os documentos do programa e as observações no campo de trabalho (Escola e Universidade) como fontes dados desta pesquisa. Como resultados, verificou-se que o Pibid Interdisciplinar em Ciências trabalha os cinco tipos de orientações conceituais (acadêmica, prática, personalista, tecnológica e crítico-social), propostas por Garcia (1999), Feiman-Nemser (1990) e Pérez Gomez (1992), oferecendo uma formação mais abrangente e diversificada para todos os seus participantes seja na formação inicial ou na continuada. Percebeu-se também que, mesmo com algumas limitações encontradas, ele também atinge as metas de formação do Pibid, cumprindo o papel social e pedagógico do programa na formação dos professores. Também verificamos alguns desafios na realidade do programa, tais como: a comparação com os Estágios Supervisionados Obrigatórios (ESO) e a falta de articulação com eles; a dependência institucional e orçamentária da financiadora do programa; e o aproveitamento dos saberes advindos da prática pelos cursos de Licenciatura.
