A teaching experience in the discipline of Administration applied in Nursing

Resumo: In this study, the teachers of the Administration's discipline applied in Nursing, discourse on the philosophy on which they were based for achievery professional level. They point at the importance of the following: to reflect on the nature of the social and health transformation process, taking into account the part that the professional must have, thecnical-cientific competence and a critical envolvement with the reality. The educational process is seen as the moment in which the reflexion of reality is realized together with the envolvement in finding proposals for charger. A description of the contents and the objectives of the discipline is made, related with the competence skills to be developed by the student during (his course and the strategies that are beeing used.

Apontam para a importância da: reflexão sobre a natureza do processo de transformação social e de saúde, considerando em especial o papel que o profissional deve desempenhar; competência técnico-científica e compromisso na intervenção crítica da realidade. O processo educativo é visto como o momento em que se realiza a reflexão da realidade com o compromisso de se buscar propostas de mudanças. Descrevem o conteúdo e os objetivos da disciplina, correlacionando-os com as competências a serem desenvolvidas no estudante no decorrer desta disciplina e as estratégias que vem sendo utilizadas.Universidade de São Paulo.
