Pedagogical Residence: training and experiences of residents and preceptors in the virtual environment and in social networks

Resumo: | The Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes) runs a program called "Pedagogical Residency", which aims to place undergraduate students in public schools to get a feel for the school environment and begin their teaching regency process. Considering that educational processes are increasingly using technology and that students and teachers make constant use of digital means of information and communication, this research aimed to reflect on the process of interaction between members of the Pedagogical Residency program at a university in the virtual environment "Aprender" and on social networks. We used qualitative methodology and action research. The results showed that the virtual training environments provided an exchange of experiences among the program team, making learning collaborative and meaningful, and providing visibility of the entire journey. |

Considerando que os processos educativos se utilizam cada vez mais da tecnologia e que discentes e docentes fazem uso constante dos meios digitais de informação e comunicação, a presente pesquisa objetivou refletir sobre o processo de interação dos integrantes do programa de Residência Pedagógica em uma Universidade no ambiente virtual “Aprender” e nas redes sociais. Nos embasamos na metodologia qualitativa e nos utilizamos da pesquisa-ação.
