Resumo: The work approaches as the organization of the space it can contribute to aninfantile education of quality. An area still little explored in the education. The research field wasan institution of Infantile Education of the Public Net of Teaching of Distrito Federal located inthe Pilot Plan, in the city of Brasília, and that it had as participants 18 children and yourrespective teacher, observed in the most different moments of your daily one. The resultspointed that the organization of the investigated space checked the child the right of becomingprotagonist of your development process and of learning. So, it was possible to end that in theanalyzed kindergarten the space organization contributes, in a significant way, for an infantileeducation of quality.

O campo depesquisa foi uma instituição de Educação Infantil da Rede Pública de Ensino do Distrito Federallocalizada no Plano Piloto, na cidade de Brasília, e que teve como participantes 18 crianças e suarespectiva professora, observados nos mais distintos momentos do seu cotidiano. Os resultadosapontaram que a organização do espaço investigado conferiu à criança o direito de tornar-seprotagonista do seu processo de desenvolvimento e de aprendizagem.
