Resumo: Abstract. Distance Learning modality is a reality in Brazil, even before the numbers of courses and students increase significantly due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This growth allows access to higher education for thousands of Brazilians, and affects an important part of the national territory that, otherwise, might not have an Educational Institution. This work presents an analysis of the main challenges encountered by the facilitators at UNIVESP, considering qualitative research of the main aspects of improvement pointed out by the mediators themselves allocated as tutors in activities of the institution's undergraduate courses. The results obtained allow us to reflect on possible adjustments, capable of contributing positively to the experience of these individuals, as well as generating improvements in the training of undergraduate students who are under the responsibility of tutors.   Keywords: Education. Mediator.La modalidad de Educación a Distancia es una realidad en Brasil, incluso antes de que el número de cursos y estudiantes aumente significativamente debido a la pandemia de COVID-19. Este crecimiento permite el acceso a la educación superior a miles de brasileños y afecta a una parte importante del territorio nacional que, de otra manera, podría no tener una Institución Educativa. Este trabajo presenta un análisis de los principales desafíos encontrados por los facilitadores de la UNIVESP, considerando una investigación cualitativa de los principales aspectos de mejora señalados por los propios mediadores destinados como tutores en actividades de los cursos de graduación de la institución. Los resultados obtenidos permiten reflexionar sobre posibles ajustes, capaces de contribuir positivamente a la experiencia de estos individuos, así como generar mejoras en la formación de los estudiantes de pregrado bajo su tutela. A modalidade de Ensino à Distância é uma realidade no Brasil, antes mesmo dos números de cursos e alunos aumentarem significativamente devido à pandemia da Covid-19. Esse crescimento permite o acesso à educação superior para milhares de brasileiros, e atinge uma parte importante do território nacional que, de outra forma, poderia não ter uma Instituição de Ensino. Este trabalho apresenta uma análise dos principais desafios encontrados pelos facilitadores na UNIVESP considerando uma pesquisa qualitativa dos principais aspectos de melhoria apontados pelos próprios mediadores alocados como tutores em atividades dos cursos de graduação da instituição. Os resultados obtidos permitem refletir sobre possíveis ajustes, capazes de contribuir positivamente para a experiência destes indivíduos, bem como gerar melhorias na formação dos alunos de graduação que ficam sob a responsabilidade dos tutores.   Palavras-chave:Educação.
