Evaluation in Basic Education: mapping the scientific production widespread in Ensaio Journal: Evaluation and Public Politics in Education (1999-2008)

Resumo: | This article objectifies to map the scientific production widespread in Ensaio Journal: Evaluation and Public Politics in Education surrounding the issue of Evaluation in the Primary Education from 1999 to 2008. The predominant thematic axes were identified; the institutional origin of the articles; the authors who have published most in the magazine; the principal bibliographic references, and the articles that emerged from dissertations or thesis. It was verified in the Ensaio Journal the predominance of the procedures for educational evaluations and also the evaluation of educational programs and educative projects. It was also observed the existence of a research group that has a relevant production outside the circuit of the southeast region, in the northeast, at the Federal University of Ceara. A particular characteristic of the magazine studied was identified: their concern with the operation of public policies, in regard to its improvement, distancing itself from questions of political-ideological aspect. |

Fueron identificados los ejes tematicos predominantes; el origen institucional de los artículos; los autores que mas publicaron en esa revista; las principales referencias bibliograficas y las investigaciónes resultantes de teses de maestria o doctorado. Se constato que en la revista Ensayo predominan estudios sobre instrumentos para la evaluacion educativa e sobre evaluacion de programas y proyectos educativos. Tambien se constato la existencia de un grupo de investigación fuera del circuito de la region sudeste, con relevante produccion, en la region nordeste, en la Universidad Federal de Ceara. Se identífico una caracteristica propia de la revista estudiada: su preocupacion con la operacionalizacion de politicas públicas, en lo que se refiere a su mejoria y perfeccionamiento, distanciandose de asuntos de caracter politico-ideologico.Este artigo objetiva mapear a produção cientifica disseminada na Revista Ensaio: Avaliação e Politicas Públicas em Educação em torno da tematica da Avaliação na Educação Basica no periodo de 1999 a 2008. Identificaram-se os eixos tematicos predominantes; a origem institucional dos artigos; os autores que mais publicaram nessa revista; as principais referencias bibliograficas; e os artigos resultantes de dissertacoes ou teses. Constatou-se que na revista Ensaio predominam estudos sobre instrumentos para a avaliação educacional e avaliação de programas e projetos educativos. Constatou-se tambem a existencia de um grupo de pesquisa de produção relevante fora do circuito da regiao sudeste, na regiao nordeste, na Universidade Federal do Ceara.
