Resumo: The objective of this study was to identify factors related to the perception of risk of getting sick from COVID-19 in adults in the Southeast Region. This is a cross-sectional, websurvey study, conducted with a sample of 2,477 residents of the Southeast Region. Multiple correspondence analyses were employed to graphically illustrate relationships among response patterns; and Student's t test for comparison of means. It was observed that, men, with high school education, and 40 years of age or older showed low risk perception of getting sick by COVID-19. The highest mean (2.08) perceived risk of becoming ill was among participants who had close contact with a suspected case of COVID-19 (p

- Ahead of print; 1-14Saúde e Pesquisa; v. 15 n. 2 (2022): abr./jun. - Ahead of print; 1-142176-9206reponame:Saúde e Pesquisa (Online)instname:Cesumar Diretoria de Pesquisainstacron:CESUMARporenghttps://periodicos.unicesumar.edu.br/index.php/saudpesq/article/view/10420/7032https://periodicos.unicesumar.edu.br/index.php/saudpesq/article/view/10420/7033Copyright (c) 2022 Saúde e Pesquisahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessMoniz, Marcela de Abreu Carmo, Cleber Nascimento do Soares, Lidia Santos Campos, Carolina de Alcantara Rocha, Beatriz Cristina de Oliveira Muniz, Emellen Frez 2022-05-04T17:42:07Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/10420Revistahttps://periodicos.unicesumar.edu.br/index.php/saudpesqPUBhttps://periodicos.unicesumar.edu.br/index.php/saudpesq/oainaep@cesumar.br2176-92061983-1870opendoar:2022-05-04T17:42:07Saúde e Pesquisa (Online) - Cesumar Diretoria de Pesquisafalse
