Resumo: This paper aims to investigate the occurrence of language discrimination in the pedagogical projects of the in-person Literature/Portuguese language teaching degree programs of the federal higher education institutions in the State of Rio de Janeiro. Therefore, the methodology was based on documentary research and content analysis techniques with the aim of identifying how the debate on language discrimination takes place in the official teaching degree curriculum proposals. The results seem to show that the pedagogical projects of most federal institutions still dedicate incipient space and treatment to the theme and to the course units that directly address the topics related to language discrimination, even though all of them somehow express concern about it.

Para tanto, a metodologia baseou-se nos fundamentos da pesquisa documental e nas técnicas de análise de conteúdo, buscando identificar de que maneira o debate sobre preconceito linguístico aparece no interior das propostas curriculares oficiais das licenciaturas.
