Resumo: The study on the mechanisms able to resocialize adolescents involved in the practice of infractions acts is necessary due to the increasing juvenile crime and the continuations hypotheses of recidivism. As socio-educational and protective measures provided by law at one time do not meet all the resources of social reintegration. Given these justifications, the research has as object the learning study, as an effective mechanism, be used individually or cumulatively in the process of adolescent resocialization. It was concluded that there is a need for the institution and development of promotional rules by the State, with the purpose of stimulating the recruitment of adolescents, in compliance with socio-educational measures, as apprentices by companies that, assuming their socio-educative obligation, will participate Direct from the resocialization process. It was verified, using the deductive method, that it contributes to a re-signification of ethical values, besides stimulating school attendance and promoting professionalization.

As medidas socioeducativas e protetivas previstas em lei por vezes não atendem todos os necessários aspectos da reinserção social. Diante dessas justificativas, a pesquisa possui como objeto o estudo do contrato de aprendizagem, como mecanismo eficaz a ser utilizado individual ou cumulativamente no processo de ressocialização do adolescente. Concluiu-se sobre a necessidade da instituição e desenvolvimento de normas promocionais por parte do Estado, com a finalidade de estimular a contratação de adolescentes, em cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas, como aprendizes por parte de empresas, que assumindo a sua obrigação sócio educadora, participarão diretamente do processo de ressocialização.
