Project management: a learning by doing experience

Resumo: | The objective of this article is to present a practical experience of the concepts used in the Project Management discipline, offered within a Management graduate course. The article is related to the subject of problems, methods and didactic strategies inspired in the graduation learning experience. Besides describing the working dynamics and the students’ considerations, the article also presents the works executed since the first semester of 2005, in the Management Science Center at the Estate University of Santa Catarina - UDESC. The results presented allows to infer that besides the apprenticeship, derivative from the practical experience in executing projects, the work developed in the course generate significant products that benefit the communities involved with the projects. |

Nesse sentido, o artigo está vinculado ao tema de problemas, métodos e estratégias didáticas, inspiradas pela experiência de ensino de graduação. Além de descrever a dinâmica de realização do trabalho e as considerações dos alunos, o artigo também apresenta o caso dos trabalhos realizados, desde o primeiro semestre de 2005, no Centro de Ciências da Administração da Esag (Escola Superior de Administração e Gerência) da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (Udesc).
