Resumo: | The article addresses aspects of teaching (theory and practice) applied by professors of the Technology in Logistics course, who have higher education in this area, from a Higher Education institution in a municipality in Tocantins, in order to understand the difficulties faced in exercising the profession. The methodological design is qualitative, anchored in thematic interview and content analysis. The text focuses on reports presented by three professors trained in logistics and who work in specific disciplines in the area. The results and analyzes permeate a discussion about the difficulties of technologists in logistics in relation to teaching, professional trajectory and pedagogical practice in higher education. With this, we hope to offer possibilities on teaching conducted by technologists in logistics and rights to think about strategies for teacher training. |

O desenho metodológico é qualitativo ancorado em entrevista temática e análise de conteúdo. O texto enfoca em relatos apresentados por três professores formados em logística e que atuam em disciplinas específicas da área. Os resultados e análises perpassam uma discussão acerca das dificuldades dos tecnólogos em logística com relação ao ensino, a trajetória profissional e prática pedagógica no ensino superior.
