Teacher training and inclusion of people with high abilities or giftedness: a debate in Technical and Vocational Education and Training

Resumo: | The article traces a methodological path of bibliographic review and its starting point is the reflection on the inclusion of people with high abilities or giftedness (AH or SD) and teacher training from the perspective of Integrated High School (EMI) in Technical and Vocational Education and Training. It has as reference data on this reality in the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education (RFEPCT). It concludes that EPT professors who are in the field at EMI or in higher education courses offered throughout Brazil need to be in constant improvement to teach and contribute to the inclusion and human emancipation of their students. That also consists of recognizing, identifying and assisting students with AH or SD in their school communities so that they meet their potential and develop it. |

Tiene como datos de referencia sobre esta realidad en la Red Federal de Educación Profesional, Científica y Tecnológica (RFEPCT). Se concluye que los profesores de la EPT que se encuentran en el campo en el EMI o en los cursos de educación superior que se ofrecen en todo Brasil deben estar en constante perfeccionamiento para enseñar y contribuir a la inclusión y emancipación humana de sus estudiantes. Eso también consiste en reconocer, identificar y ayudar a los estudiantes con AH o SD en sus comunidades escolares para que alcancen su potencial y lo desarrollen.O artigo traça um caminho metodológico de revisão bibliográfica e tem como ponto de partida a reflexão sobre a inclusão de pessoas com altas habilidades ou superdotação (AH ou SD) e a formação de professores na perspectiva do Ensino Médio Integrado (EMI) na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica. Tem por referência dados sobre essa realidade na Rede Federal de Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica (RFEPCT). Conclui que o docente na EPT que está em campo no EMI ou nos cursos superiores oferecidos por todo o Brasil precisa estar em constante aperfeiçoamento para lecionar e contribuir para a inclusão e emancipação humana de seus alunos.
