Automates as a Strategy for the Insertion of the Pedagogical Approach to Creative Learning in the Classroom: An Experience Report

Resumo: Abstract: The creative learning pedagogical approach has been widespread, especially in recent years, as it allows the student to perceive the world in which he is inserted in a different way, in addition to promoting the development of interpersonal, digital, and technological skills, encouraging the student protagonism in the context of Education 4.0. This paper describes the research done during an experience, carried out in the form of professional development for teachers, adopting the creative learning pedagogical approach, through the creation of an automata. The training focused on using maker culture within the classroom; encourage creativity by creating an automaton; and to encourage teachers to reflect on the importance of approaching topics that promote students' critical and creative thinking. The research was carried out in order to answer the following question: How to carry out a professional development for teachers of basic education, using the creative learning pedagogical approach and the automata pedagogical resource? The methodology included bibliographic research and a case study, conducted in the teacher training activity, involving 17 participants. The data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, and the analysis of the results considered the answers obtained by this instrument and the reflections made during the training. The application of creative learning in an integrated way to the maker culture allowed participants to identify that this pedagogical approach can be a way to discuss different topics in the classroom, in addition to encouraging the development of various skills. Teacher training.Resumo: A abordagem pedagógica da aprendizagem criativa tem sido muito difundida, principalmente, nos últimos anos, pois ela possibilita que o estudante perceba o mundo em que está inserido de uma outra forma, além de propiciar o desenvolvimento de habilidades interpessoais, digitais e tecnológicas, incentivando o protagonismo dos estudantes no contexto da Educação 4.0. A pesquisa descrita neste artigo tem como foco relatar uma experiência realizada no formato de formação continuada para docentes adotando a abordagem pedagógica da aprendizagem criativa, através de autômatos. A formação concentrou-se em utilizar a cultura maker dentro da sala de aula; incentivar a criatividade através da criação de um autômato; e instigar os docentes a refletirem sobre a importância de abordar temas que promovam o pensamento crítico e criativo dos estudantes. A pesquisa foi realizada com o intuito de responder a seguinte questão: Como realizar uma formação continuada para docentes da educação básica, usando a abordagem pedagógica da aprendizagem criativa e o recurso pedagógico autômatos? O percurso metodológico contou com uma pesquisa bibliográfica e um estudo de caso, conduzido na atividade de formação docente, envolvendo 17 participantes. A coleta de dados utilizou um questionário, e a análise dos resultados levou em consideração as respostas obtidas por este instrumento e as reflexões realizadas durante a formação. A aplicação da aprendizagem criativa de forma integrada à cultura maker permitiu aos participantes identificarem que essa abordagem pedagógica pode ser um caminho para se discutir diversos temas em sala de aula, além de incentivar o desenvolvimento de várias habilidades.
