This scientific article discusses the prospects and challenges faced by women in the development of your career plan. Assimilating what kinds of prejudice, oppression and shame faced on a daily basis to achieve their development and reach the pinnacle of his career. The purpose of the research is to describe how university students make a career plan. The theoretical basis of the research is based on articles, monographs, scientific journals and institutions that emphasize the theme Data collection was with 100 (one hundred) university students, in João Pessoa, where 78% of the participants are between 18 and 27 years old. 71% say they have witnessed a resignation after pregnancy. The methodology used was descriptive of quantitative approach, collecting data in the real environment. Regulatory institutions work to ensure that women’s values in the labor market continue to promote and improve the established rules.
