Resumo: | This scientific article discusses the prospects and challenges faced by women in the development of your career plan. Assimilating what kinds of prejudice, oppression and shame faced on a daily basis to achieve their development and reach the pinnacle of his career. The purpose of the research is to describe how university students make a career plan. The theoretical basis of the research is based on articles, monographs, scientific journals and institutions that emphasize the theme Data collection was with 100 (one hundred) university students, in João Pessoa, where 78% of the participants are between 18 and 27 years old. 71% say they have witnessed a resignation after pregnancy. The methodology used was descriptive of quantitative approach, collecting data in the real environment. Regulatory institutions work to ensure that women’s values in the labor market continue to promote and improve the established rules. |

Asimilar a qué tipo de prejuicios, opresiones y vergüenzas te enfrentas a diario para lograr tu desarrollo y alcanzar la cima de tu carrera. El objetivo general de la investigación fue describir cómo los estudiantes universitarios llevan a cabo un plan de carrera. La base teórica de la investigación se sustenta en artículos, monografías, revistas e instituciones que enfatizan el tema. La recolección de datos se llevó a cabo con la participación de 100 (cien) estudiantes universitarios, en la ciudad de João Pessoa, donde el 78% de los participantes tienen entre 18 y 27 años, 71% afirma que ya ha presenciado un despido después del embarazo. . La metodología parte de una investigación descriptiva con enfoque cuantitativo, recolectando datos en el entorno real. Las instituciones reguladoras trabajan para asegurar que los valores de las mujeres en el mercado laboral continúen promoviendo y mejorando las reglas establecidas.O presente estudo aborda as perspectivas e desafios enfrentados pelas mulheres na construção de seu plano de carreira. Assimilando quais tipos de preconceitos, opressões e vergonhas enfrentadas no dia a dia para conquistar seu desenvolvimento e atingir o ápice de sua carreira. O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi descrever como as universitárias realizam um plano de carreira. A base teórica da pesquisa sustenta-se em artigos, monografias, revistas e instituições que enfatizam sobre a temática. A coleta de dados realizou-se com a participação de 100 (cem) universitárias, na cidade de João Pessoa, onde 78% das participantes têm entre 18 a 27 anos, 71% afirmam que já testemunhou uma demissão após a gravidez. A metodologia parte de uma pesquisa descritiva de abordagem quantitativa, coletando dados no ambiente real.
