This paper aims to analyze the changes and impacts affected in the pursuit of alimony credit under surveillance of the New Code od Civil Procedure. The first chapter will seek to conceptualize alimony, their classification, types, legal nature and characteristics. Chapter two will dela with maintenance obligations and their assumptions. The third chapter will show phase to phase comprehensively the procedural processo of a spousal maintenance payments. The fourth chapter ahead will talk about how procedural issues of spousal maintenance payments. What are the changes to the new Code, such as enforcement and obviously about a civil prison. In fact, the structure of the monograph was created by itself, not necessarily based on hypotheses. The criteria were: Alimony as th right of the child and the duty of the child. Are there any means of judicial and extrajudicial execution to ensure the maintenance of the spousal maintenance payments? What changes have occured unde the New Code of Civil Procedure? How was the Food Law with the New Code? To carry out the work, it was used as execution technique the search for blibliographic references. The result was a didactic and practical work, showing the advantageous innovations brougth with the validity of the New Code and presenting the problems that exist in everyday life in order to succeed in the action of alimony
