This paper aims to dialogue with the reader on the key issues that permeate the school inclusion. The goal is to share the challenges of an experience in a public school in the outskirts of Sao Paulo in the room Support and Monitoring will Inclusion (SAAI). The methodology used was through literature that could support our practice. You can also find photos that record activities applied in meeting with students. We looked at the statutory contributions to ensure education for all, as well as in the execution of a comprehensive proposal by raising awareness among students, faculty, family and pedagogical staff in the paradigms of breaking process toward building a new school identity. Are some more present deficiencies in the classroom and the challenges to think of a Political Pedagogical Project that addresses issues from the perspective of inclusion. We invite the reader to reflect the importance of collaborative work among peers and address the assessment as a process of change, as well as the urgency in teacher training in order to follow the needs and challenges of contemporary times. It is expected to contribute, through this experience in the process of facing possible referral to the school inclusion
