After a long period of discussion and voting, the new Civil Procedure Code, introduced by Law 13.105, of March 16, 2015, was sanctioned by entering into force, so on March 18, 2016. So search this study to analyze in detail the systematic inserted interlocutory appeal long ago in the Brazilian legal system and modified by the above-mentioned law, that which at first was developed in order to provide greater speed to the processes without jeopardizing the duty of providing adequate legal and neither the constitutional guarantees provided. The general resources, possessed an autonomous chapter of the Civil Procedure Code, show great interest by all law professionals as they are the appropriate means so that the losing party or any other party intervenes in the cause seeking the review of judicial decisions in case the order to be invalidated or amended by the very judge that issued or, as applicable, the higher jurisdiction body. Whereas, therefore, the various innovations introduced by the new Civil Procedure Code and also the importance of the issue for all jurists is that elaborates this monograph, since we all have a real need for knowledge and deepening of the matter to the correct exercise of the profession
