This article aims to study the relationship of compliance with judgment (Article 475 CPC-J) with the execution of food (Articles 732 and 733 CCP). Began with a brief analysis of the historical aspects of Brazilian civil procedural law, and its reforms, especially the new model for the fulfillment of the sentence to pay a certain amount, the purpose of which is the speed and effectiveness of judicial protection, extinguishing is the duality between process knowledge and implementation process. With the completion of the sentence, no new process, only the inclusion of Article 475 of the CPC J for the debtor to pay the debt, under penalty fine of 10% of the value of the conviction. At the end, it is concluded that the changes introduced by Law No. 11.232/2005, especially the end of the division cognition and execution, is a great benefit for a more rapid, less costly and more effective, and suggested further discussions on the theme
