This Labor Completion Course in Civil Procedure has, as an object, an analysis of theory and practice on how to apply the Constitutional named Action and Civil Injunction Collective in New Brazilian Forest Code, Law number 12.651/2012, enhancing its positive and negative points in general. In a clear and objective manner, this work contains a question on the fundamental points involving the New Brazilian Forest Code and its interrelationships with the Constitutional and Civil Public collective writ of mandamus. Simply put, we introduce the topic. In certain chapter it is a historical review of the problem forest in Brazil. Then, a simplified study of collective actions and writs enhancing both already mentioned. This work focuses, also, the connection between the articles of Constitution influencing this new normative command. Subsequently, we study the metaindividuality or transindividuality in the Current Forest Code. We study, both horizontally and vertically some articles of the new dispositive cool together with the application of these constitutional provisions. Finally, to answer the questions, hypothesis, judgments and jurisprudence are properly analyzed. Conclusions are drawn
