The present study aims to understand the issue involving the granted of advanced relief in declaratory actions according to Brazilian law. Currently Procedure Law tends to use the interlocutory injunctions, especially in cases where the need for a quick and effective response from Court should prevail. There is no doubt that a judicial protection is enough, when it is timely, appropriate and all effective. After analysis and study this law institute, we will examine the institution of a declaratory action and then go into to the real purpose of this study, i.e., the analysis of the possibility of granting an advance relief in declaratory actions and also its effects. From this idea, although we do not intend to exhaust the subject, the present study object was to investigate and discuss the question of the scope and limits of the interlocutory decisions (advanced relief) under Brazilian law in declaratory actions
