The present paper deals with the annulment action of an arbitration award that allows the possibility of annulment of a sentence that does not contain the necessary and legally required requirements. The Arbitration Law as hypotheses and the means of challenging the Arbitration Award, in particular, the main sentence requirements and hypotheses for annulment in articles 32 and 33 of the Law of Law, therefore, its analysis is necessary, an impossibility to send sentences null are valid. The Annulment of the Arbitral Award allows the Judiciary to analyze the requirements and principles that govern arbitration, however, on the other hand, it does not allow the Judiciary to analyze the merits. The objective of the work is to demonstrate the importance of the Action for the Annulment of the Arbitral Award as an effective method of controlling arbitration in the Judiciary
