Addresses the issue of prescription labor. Displays the doctrinal and jurisprudential positions on the application of prescription labor in the labor process, especially at the stage of execution of the judgment. Stresses the importance of the institution of the rule of law prescribing, observing the principle of legal certainty in social relations. Discusses the applicability of the limitation in employment law on the principle of protection and access to justice. It concludes with the compatibility of the Institute of prescription in relation to the labor process, observing the necessary adjustments taking into account the specific principles of this branch of law. It tells the chances of admission intercurrent prescription in accordance with the standards issued by the Superior Labor Court, which operationalized the issuance of the certificate of labor credit in the implementation phase of the process
