Resumo: The article in question aims to analyze the legislation, the jurisprudence and the opinion of some jurists, with the hypothesis of viewing the news and changes that were inserted by the labor reform. The method used was that of descriptive research and it is possible to conclude that some contracts did not change, others few and others several changes. This topic should still be discussed again in a while because, in some contracts such as outsourcing and intermittent work, the legislation is new and has no jurisprudence on, which leads us to observe future judicial decisions and opinions to reanalyze and verify new relevant changes for the people involved

O método utilizado foi o da pesquisa descritiva e é possível perceber que em alguns contratos não houve alteração, já em outros poucas e outros substancial o número de alterações.
