Resumo: Backed by the theorists Piaget and Winnicott, the proposal of this work allows to say that including the play is not just a technique of work, but the way through which intelligence can be relieved. In resorting to the use of games, a classroom motivation atmosphere is created, which allows the students to participate actively in the teaching-learning process, assimilating experiences and information. The person who play, is also the being who acts, feels, thinks, learns, develops, and a link between the motor, cognitive, affective and social aspects
