Our investigation combines the expectation-confirmation theory (ECT) with the multi-motive information systems continuance (MISC) model and appends perceived autonomy, instant connectivity, and ubiquitous connection. Our findings suggest that satisfaction, confirmation of expectations, and attitude, along with their common antecedent perceived performance, support IoT continuance intention.
