Resumo: Organizational learning is a controversial area. Partly on account of the multiple origins and different interests of those who have studied the subject, many different models have emerged for this phenomenon, but until now no one model in particular seems to have been accepted above all others. This article puts forward a model which has been developed to fill the gaps in the literature on the study of organizational learning.
