Desafios de uma estudante-estagiária no papel de docente rumo a uma educação física de qualidade

Resumo: The elaboration of this document comes within the ambit of my professional internship, which is part of the study plan of the 2nd year of the Master's in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Sport at the University of Porto (FADEUP). The Professional Internship took place at a school in Espinho, with a 11th grade class, where i also had the help of a cooperating teacher, from the same school and a faculty advisor. The document seeks to report my process of evolution carried out throughout the entire school year in what it means to be a teacher, as well as the decisions regarding planning, carrying out and evaluating teaching. It also reports other activities of the disciplinary group, namely the school sport in which I participated. The research study is also documented and refers to the teaching of handball in reduced spaces, a reality in many schools, as the focus on solving the problem of equitable student participation. In the end, the strategies used aimed at making the most of the spaces and involving all students, regardless of their performance levels, in different roles and tasks that promote learning. Finally, the final considerations are presented, providing a balance of what was experienced during the professional internship. KEYWORDS: PHYSICAL
