Resumo: | The objective of this research article is to analyze digital marketing, a mix of strategies and tactics to achieve good results through the systematic review of research works in order to expand the knowledge inherent to the subject in electronic sources. For this, a type of qualitative research was carried out, the method was analysis and the synthesis method; the type of research is documentary; the layout is bibliographic. The population was selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study units were made up of twenty (20) sources and the sample of six 06. The data collection technique was documentary observation and as for the instruments, the data record and electronic files were used. For the analysis, the content analysis technique was used, through the analysis matrix. It is concluded that the contributions of the authors indicate that the technological scenario is configured as the environment where business activities are developed mostly in the times that pass, therefore, having a well-defined marketing plan is crucial to help companies. to maintain and even grow in digital environments. Within the Marketing Mix strategies were those related to Transmedia, being that at present technology is a fundamental part of daily processes, in the same way that social networks do, which have achieved an impact on people. |

Para ello se realizó un tipo de investigación cualitativa, el método fue de análisis y el método síntesis; el tipo de investigación es documental; el diseño es bibliográfico. La población fue seleccionada atendiendo a criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Las unidades de estudio estuvieron conformadas por veinte (20) fuentes y la muestra de seis 06. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la observación documental y en cuanto a los instrumentos se empleó el registro de datos y los archivos electrónicos. Para el análisis se empleó la técnica del análisis de contenido, a través de la matriz de análisis. Se concluye que, las aportaciones de los autores señalan que el escenario tecnológico se configura como el medio donde se desarrollan mayormente las actividades empresariales en los tiempos que transcurren, por ello, contar con un plan de marketing bien definido es crucial para ayudar a las empresas a mantenerse e incluso a crecer en los ambientes digitales. Dentro de las estrategias de Marketing Mix se encontraron las relacionadas con la Transmedia, siendo que en la actualidad la tecnología forma parte fundamental en los procesos cotidianos, de la misma manera lo hacen las redes sociales, las cuales han logrado un impacto en las personas.O objetivo deste artigo de pesquisa é analisar o Marketing Digital, um misto de estratégias e táticas para alcançar bons resultados por meio da revisão sistemática de trabalhos de pesquisa a fim de ampliar o conhecimento inerente ao assunto em fontes eletrônicas. Para isso, foi realizado um tipo de pesquisa qualitativa, o método foi a análise e o método de síntese; o tipo de pesquisa é documental; o design é bibliográfico. A população foi selecionada de acordo com os critérios de inclusão e exclusão. As unidades de estudo foram compostas por vinte (20) fontes e uma amostra de seis 06. A técnica de coleta de dados foi a observação documental e quanto aos instrumentos, utilizou-se registro de dados e arquivos eletrônicos. Para a análise, foi utilizada a técnica de análise de conteúdo, por meio da matriz de análise. Conclui-se que as contribuições dos autores indicam que o cenário tecnológico se configura como o ambiente onde as atividades empresariais são desenvolvidas majoritariamente nos tempos que passam, portanto, ter um plano de marketing bem definido é fundamental para ajudar as empresas a manter e até mesmo crescer em ambientes digitais.
