Resumo: With the increasing number of users in the digital environment and due to the constant changes in this type of environment, the public is connecting in search of entertainment and information, but among them, companies also want to suit users and be present in this space. Thinking about how these companies act on the web when they reach their audience with online content, the objective of this research was raised, which was to identify how the tools of Digital Marketing contribute in the dissemination of the image of these stores in the city of Cajazeiras - PB. To do this, we will try to understand how these businesses carry out their Internet advertising to reach their target audience, trying to find out which Digital Marketing tools the companies have the most result, and what kind of benefits this Marketing action can bring to the company. For this, research was done on books, articles and internet on the subject, to understand the subject under study and an empirical research in the shops of the city. The results indicate that of the resources used by the companies, many make use of Digital Marketing without having a good knowledge, they can have results with the action even though it is still very little, since many need a professional that is hired to assist in various favors within company.

Para hacer esto, trataremos de entender cómo estas empresas llevan a cabo su publicidad en Internet para llegar a su público objetivo, tratando de averiguar qué herramientas de Marketing Digital tienen el mayor resultado y qué tipo de beneficios puede aportar esta acción de Marketing a la compañía. Para ello, se realizaron investigaciones en libros, artículos e internet sobre el tema, para entender el tema en estudio y una investigación empírica en las tiendas de la ciudad. Los resultados indican que los recursos utilizados por las empresas, muchos hacen uso de marketing digital sin tener un buen conocimiento, que pueden conseguir resultados con la acción aunque todavía poco, porque muchos necesitan un profesional que es contratado para ayudar en varios favores en companhia.Com o crescente número de usuários no meio digital e em decorrência das mudanças constantes nesse tipo de ambiente, o público está se conectando em busca de entretenimento e informações, mas em meio a eles, as empresas também querem se adequar aos usuários e estar presente neste espaço. Pensando como é a forma que essas empresas agem na web quando vão atingir o seu público com os conteúdos online, levantou-se o objetivo desta pesquisa, que foi identificar como as ferramentas do Marketing Digital contribuem na divulgação da imagem destas lojas da cidade de Cajazeiras – PB. Para isso, buscamos compreender como esses comércios realizam suas divulgações na internet para atingir seu determinado público, tentando também identificar quais as ferramentas do Marketing Digital que as empresas têm mais resultado, e que tipos de benefícios esta ação do Marketing pode trazer para a empresa. Para isso, foi realizada pesquisas em livros, artigos e internet sobre o tema abordado, para entender a temática em estudo e uma pesquisa empírica nas lojas do comércio da cidade.
