Resumo: The use of didactic resources as a learning strategy allows different stimuli to the student, in the cognitive, emotional and pleasure spheres. In this way, the objective of this work was to verify and analyze the use of histological slides, didactic models and didactic game as teaching-learning resources in a University and High Schools in the city of São Luís - MA.  Were made vegetable samples, didactic models of vegetable organs and a didactic game were made for use in practical and theoretical classes with high school and undergraduate students. It was notorious that the use of didactic resources provided a greater understanding of the contents of Botany in addition to being effective for students' motivation, making classes more dynamic and stimulating.

Así, el objetivo del trabajo fue verificar y analizar el uso de diapositivas histológicas, modelos didácticos y juego didáctico como recursos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en una Universidad y Escuelas Secundarias de la ciudad de São Luís - MA. Se realizó una colección de muestras vegetales, modelos didácticos de órganos vegetales y un juego didáctico para su uso en clases prácticas y teóricas con estudiantes de secundaria y pregrado. Se observó que el uso de recursos didácticos brindó una mayor comprensión de los contenidos de Botánica además de ser efectivo para la motivación de los estudiantes, haciendo las clases más dinámicas y estimulantes. A utilização de recursos didáticos como estratégia de aprendizagem permite diferentes estímulos ao aluno, no âmbito cognitivo, emocional e do prazer. Desta maneira, o objetivo do trabalho foi verificar e analisar o uso de lâminas histológicas, modelos didáticos e jogo didático como recursos de ensino-aprendizagem em uma Universidade e Escolas do Ensino Médio do município de São Luís – MA. Foram confeccionados laminário de amostras vegetais, modelos didáticos de órgãos vegetais e um jogo didático para utilização em aulas práticas e teóricas com alunos de ensino médio e de graduação.
