Resumo: | The purpose of this document is to analyze the academic performance during Covid 19 pandemic in Higher Education. The scientific literature review (RLC) supports the problem located in different databases. A qualitative design study based on a study case. Sample of 70 public and private institutions, 1200 professors who taught classes in the academic period 2020-2021. Data collection used a validated tool analysing data with frequencies statistics. The results presented refer that the level of high schools and higher education have been working in virtual environments succesfully: 96% accommplish with remote work. Google Classroom is the most used platform. Zoom and WhatsApp represent the main tools of communication. 80% of the contents of the programs were fulfilled. 90% consider that academic performance is subjective. The 90% require developing digital skills. The 95% consider that access to technology is an obstacle to achieving learning. Discussion and conclusions. |

Discussion and conclusions.
