INTEGRATIVE REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE ON SPECIALIZED EDUCATIONAL SERVICE IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Resumo: | The article presents a mapping of the main conceptions and trends related to Specialized Educational Service in higher education, aiming to understand the context in which researchers have used to discuss this theme. It uses the methodology of integrative literature review to analyze the scientific production in academic dissertations and theses in Graduate programs in Education from 2009 to 2019. The selected databases that provide the full production were the Digital Library Brazilian Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) and the theses and dissertations bank of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes). As a result, four trends were found whose focuses of these academic productions are: teacher training and curricular adjustments; accessibility; institutional policies and human attitudinal actions, with 77% of the analyzed studies pointing to the relevance of Specialized Educational Service as a fundamental service for the access and permanence of students Target audience of Special Education in higher education. |

Utiliza la metodología de revisión integradora de la literatura para analizar la producción científica en disertaciones académicas y tesis en programas de Posgrado en Educación de 2009 a 2019. Las bases de datos selecionadas y que brindan la producción completa fueron la Biblioteca Digital Brasileña de Tesis y Disertaciones (BDTD) y las tesis y banco de disertaciones de la Coordinación de Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Educación Superior (Capes). Como resultado, se encontraron cuatro tendencias cuyos focos de estas producciones académicas son: formación docente y adecuación curricular; accesibilidad; políticas institucionales y acciones actitudinales humanas, con 77% de los estudios analizados señalando la relevancia del Servicio Educativo Especializado como servicio fundamental para el acceso y permanencia de los estudiantes. Público objetivo de la Educación Especial en la educación superior.O artigo apresenta um mapeamento das principais concepções e tendências referentes ao Atendimento Educacional Especializado no ensino superior objetivando compreender o contexto em que os pesquisadores têm valido para discutir essa temática. Utiliza-se da metodologia de revisão integrativa da literatura para analisar a produção científica em dissertações e teses acadêmicas dos programas de Pós-Graduação em Educação no período de 2009 a 2019.
