Resumo: In the context of private social associations in Metropolitan Lima, the efficient management of human talent emerges as a crucial factor that directly influences job performance. By facing unique challenges and contributing to social progress, these organizations require an understanding of how talent management affects their specific goals. This study aimed to determine the correlation between human talent management and job performance in private social associations in the region. Quantitative research of a correlational nature was carried out through a cross-sectional approach, using a sample of 157 workers from three private social associations. The data was collected through surveys, supported by two specific evaluation tools, designed ad hoc for the variables under study. The results highlighted the presence of a moderate positive correlation ((Spearman's Rho = 0.299) (p=0.000) p is less than 0.05) between the variables. In conclusion, the study demonstrated a moderate positive correlation between human talent management and job performance in private social associations.
