TAGENCIAMENTOSHOUGHT-BODY IN POSTGRADUATION: AGENCIES IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICES IN CIRCLE GUIDANCE WITH WOMEN IN THE HEALTH FIELD

Resumo: | This article addresses for construction of a knowledge finds laid out in rhizomatic perspective of Deleuze and Guattari, which opposes the fragmented and hierarchical idea of knowledge production. It is important to highlight how academic training is still influenced by male references, which impacts the construction of concepts and the hierarchization of knowledge. This is a cartographic study based on experiences of female advisor professors from a Postgraduate Health Program in psychosociology. In this role is proposed a manage work approach with local values and dissident knowledge, in which self-care and guidance relationships are a partnership of meetings, listening and affection. Postgraduate teaching practice is a solitary experience, requiring many meetings between supervisor and student. The challenge of rethinking and reconfiguring teaching practice, breaking with the hegemonic, hierarchical model in the construction of knowledge collectively, is a task that requires creativity and courage. It is necessary to overcome the difficulties imposed by patriarchal institutions and overcome the idea of centralized leadership. The construction of knowledge in collective, with autonomy and respect for differences, is fundamental for the creation of possible new worlds and the reinvention of subjectivity. It is important to value the feeling in female bodies as a source of thought and experimentation, breaking with traditional thinking and opening space for new ways for guidance in teaching practice. The taking care of yourself and of relationships are essential for the construction of new forms of subjectivity, which promote mutual care and the construction of decolonial and anti-racist knowledge. |

Es importante resaltar cómo la formación académica aún está influenciada por referentes masculinos, lo que impacta en la construcción de conceptos y la jerarquización de conocimientos. A partir de registros cartográficos, con las experiencias de docentes mentores en un Programa de Posgrado en Salud en psicosociología, se propone un enfoque que valora saberes locales y disidentes, en los que las relaciones de autocuidado y orientación son una alianza de encuentros, escuchas y afectos. La práctica docente de posgrado es una experiencia solitaria que requiere muchas reuniones entre supervisor y estudiante. El desafío de repensar y reconfigurar la práctica docente, rompiendo con el modelo hegemónico y jerárquico en la construcción colectiva del conocimiento, es una tarea que requiere creatividad y valentía. Es necesario superar las dificultades que imponen las instituciones patriarcales y superar la idea de liderazgo centralizado. La construcción de conocimiento colectivo, con autonomía y respeto a las diferencias, es fundamental para la creación de mundos posibles y la reinvención de la subjetividad. Es importante valorar las cuerpas como fuente de pensamiento y experimentación, rompiendo con el pensamiento fijo y abriendo espacio a la experimentación. El cuidado de uno mismo y de las relaciones es fundamental para la construcción de nuevas formas de subjetividad, que promuevan el cuidado mutuo y la construcción de saberes decoloniales y antirracistas.O presente artigo aborda a construção de conhecimento a partir da perspectiva rizomática em Deleuze e Guattari, que se opõe à ideia fragmentada e hierarquizada de produção de saberes. É importante destacar como a formação acadêmica ainda é influenciada por referências masculinas, o que impacta na construção de conceitos e na hierarquização do conhecimento. A partir de registros cartográficos, com as experiências de professoras orientadoras de um Programa de Pós-graduação em saúde em psicossociologia, propõe-se uma abordagem que valorize saberes locais e dissidentes, em que o cuidado de si e das relações de orientação seja uma parceria de encontros, escuta e afetos. A prática docente na pós-graduação é uma experiência solitária, exigindo muitos encontros entre orientadora e orientanda. O desafio de repensar e reconfigurar a prática docente, rompendo com o modelo hegemônico, hierárquico na construção de conhecimento coletivamente, é uma tarefa que exige criatividade e coragem.
