NEWLY GRADUATED NURSES IN THE SUS AND THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS UNDER MORIN: REFLECTION

Resumo: | Objective: This study aims to analyze and reflect on the need for discussions regarding the role of newly graduated nurses in the context of the teaching-learning process in healthcare institutions affiliated with the Unified Health System (SUS). Method: An integrative review was conducted based on the perspective of Edgar Morin, using the question of knowledge and complex thinking as the theoretical and methodological framework. Results: The reviewed studies highlighted the importance of integrating newly graduated nurses into healthcare services, establishing a connection between the teaching-learning process and the practical application of acquired knowledge. This integration aims to promote education within the scope of SUS. The results emphasize that newly graduated nurses understand the interaction between teaching and service, contributing to the construction of a reflective learning environment aligned with Morin's concepts. Additionally, interdisciplinarity is highlighted as an essential approach in the practice of newly graduated nurses, allowing for the integration of knowledge and the promotion of comprehensive healthcare. Conclusions: It is concluded that newly graduated nurses play a crucial role in bridging the gap between education and healthcare services by creating an environment conducive to reflective learning. The interdisciplinary approach broadens the perspectives of newly graduated nurses, enabling them to understand the complexity of health issues and seek integrated solutions. This reflection from Morin's perspective reinforces the importance of a solid and continuous education that fosters adaptability and the development of skills necessary to meet the demands of SUS and contribute to the improvement of the system. |

Resultados: La importancia de integrar a los enfermeros recién graduados en los servicios de salud, estableciendo una conexión entre el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y la aplicación práctica de los conocimientos adquiridos. Esta integración tiene como objetivo promover la educación en el ámbito del SUS. Los resultados enfatizan que los enfermeros recién graduados comprenden la interacción entre la enseñanza y el servicio, contribuyendo a la construcción de un entorno de aprendizaje reflexivo alineado con los conceptos de Morin. Destaca la interdisciplinariedad como un enfoque esencial en la práctica de los enfermeros recién graduados, permitiendo la integración de conocimientos y la promoción de una atención de salud integral.
