Ludicity and the teaching of Mathematics: broadening the look on an extensionist activity in Elementary School

Resumo: This article aims to critically analyze an extensionist activity carried out in the 9th year of elementary school in a municipal public school belonging to the Território de Identidade Piemonte Norte do Itapicuru, involving concepts of Plane Geometry; and its implications for teacher education and the teaching-learning process of Mathematics. For the construction of the workshop didactic materials were used in a ludic perspective. The choice was made due to the possibility of promoting potentially playful learning, based on more dynamic, interactive and pleasurable teaching-learning movements. The activity is linked to the Study and Research Laboratory in Mathematics Education (LEPEM/CNPq) of the State University of Bahia, Campus VII. We understand that the training itineraries proposed in the workshop were constituted as facilitators of students' learning, regarding geometric concepts, while allowing the process of mathematizing to be taken as a pleasure.

Para la construcción del taller se utilizaron materiales didácticos en una perspectiva lúdica. La elección se hizo por la posibilidad de promover un aprendizaje potencialmente lúdico, basado en movimientos de enseñanza-aprendizaje más dinámicos, interactivos y placenteros. La actividad está vinculada al Laboratorio de Estudios e Investigaciones en Educación Matemática (LEPEM/CNPq) de la Universidad del Estado de Bahía, Campus VII. Entendemos que los itinerarios formativos propuestos en el taller se constituyeron en facilitadores del aprendizaje de los estudiantes, respecto a los conceptos geométricos, al mismo tiempo que permitían que el proceso de matematización se tomara como un placer.Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar criticamente uma atividade extensionista realizada no 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola pública municipal pertencente ao Território de Identidade Piemonte Norte do Itapicuru, envolvendo conceitos de Geometria Plana; e as suas implicações para a formação de professores e processo de ensino-aprendizagem da Matemática. Para a construção da oficina foram utilizados materiais didáticos em uma perspectiva lúdica. A escolha se deu pela possibilidade de promover um aprendizado potencialmente lúdico, a partir de movimentos de ensino-aprendizagem mais dinâmicos, interativos e prazerosos. A atividade está vinculada ao Laboratório de Estudo e Pesquisa em Educação Matemática (LEPEM/CNPq) da Universidade do Estado da Bahia, Campus VII.
