Teaching in training: evidence and challenges of PIBID and PR programs in Tocantins in times of pandemic

Resumo: The purpose of this article is to address teacher training in Tocantins, carried out within the scope of institutional programs called Teaching Initiation Program (PIBID) and Pedagogical Residency (RP), both offered in the form of public notices by the Coordination of Superior Level Staff Improvement (CAPES), from the Ministry of Education (MEC) with the aim of strengthening teaching and the practice of teaching in the dialogue between the university and the public school. Through the different degree courses, the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT) was contemplated in the public notices made possible between the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2022, precisely in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic, constituting a differentiated moment in the field of experience pedagogical. That said, our purpose is to expose the interfaces and challenges presented in the pandemic training process, through the pedagogical actions carried out and mediated in remote, hybrid and face-to-face mode in schools. This scenario allowed reflecting, through the studies and materialization of the activities produced, the differentiated actions and the innovative proposals of teaching and learning, in a challenging context that called into question the limitation of sociability required in the school space. As a procedure, we present in data the expressiveness of the programs in the constitution of the participants, between licentiateship students of the different courses and teachers of the schools, in the different regions and municipalities of the state. The capillarity of the programs gave the dimension and impact of the experiences, projects and didactic materials and methodologies, at a time when teaching and the school space gave new meaning to other ways of teaching and learning.

A través de las diferentes carreras de grado, la Universidad Federal de Tocantins (UFT) fue contemplada, en particular, en los avisos públicos viabilizados entre finales de 2020 y principios de 2022, precisamente en el contexto de la pandemia del COVID 19, constituyendo un momento en el campo de la experiencia pedagógica. Dicho esto, nuestro propósito es exponer las interfaces y desafíos que se presentan en el proceso de formación ante la pandemia, a través de las acciones pedagógicas realizadas y mediadas en modalidad remota, híbrida y presencial en las escuelas. Este escenario permitió reflejar, a través de los estudios y la materialización de las actividades producidas, las acciones diferenciadas y las propuestas innovadoras de enseñanza y aprendizaje, en un contexto desafiante que cuestionan la limitación de la sociabilidad requerida en el espacio escolar. Como procedimiento, presentamos en datos la expresividad de los programas en la constitución de los participantes, entre estudiantes de licenciatura ​​de los diferentes cursos y docentes de las escuelas, en las diferentes regiones y municipios del estado. La capilaridad de los programas dio la dimensión e impacto de las experiencias, proyectos, materiales didácticos y metodologías, en un momento en que la enseñanza y el espacio escolar resignificaban otras formas de enseñar y aprender.O presente artigo tem como propósito abordar a formação docente no Tocantins, realizada no âmbito dos programas institucionais denominados Programa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) e Residência Pedagógica (RP), ambos ofertados na forma de editais pela Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), do Ministério da Educação (MEC) com o intuito de fortalecer a docência e a prática do magistério na interlocução entre a universidade e a escola pública. Através dos diferentes cursos de licenciatura, a Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT) foi contemplada, em particular, nos editais viabilizados entre o final de 2020 e início de 2022, justamente no contexto da pandemia COVID 19, constituindo um momento diferenciado no campo da experiência pedagógica. Posto isso, nosso propósito visa expor as interfaces e os desafios apresentados no processo formativo pandêmico, por meio das ações pedagógicas realizadas e mediadas no modo remoto, híbrido e presencial nas escolas. Tal cenário permitiu refletir acerca dos estudos e da materialização das atividades produzidas, as ações diferenciadas e as propostas inovadoras do ensinar e aprender, num contexto desafiador que colocou em questão a limitação da sociabilidade requerida no espaço escolar. Como procedimento, apresentamos em dados a expressividade dos programas na constituição dos participantes, entre licenciandos dos diversos cursos e professores das escolas, nas diferentes regiões e municípios do estado.
