The applicability of inclusive public educational policies for people with disabilities

Resumo: | This work is the result of the concern about the applicability and access of public policies on the guarantee of inclusive education for people with disabilities and aims to understand the main discussions fostered in research on the subject. The methodology used was a qualitative literature review research focusing on the state of the matter. The results identified limitations, suggestions, advantages, benefits of public policies. The discussions pointed to the relevance of fostering planning with strategies, goals, evaluation. We conclude that such policies are instruments of the democratic rule of law not only for the improvement of educational indicators, but also for the permanence in schools and for everyone's quality of life. |

A metodologia que se utilizou foi a pesquisa qualitativa de revisão de literatura com foco no estado da questão. Os resultados identificaram limitações, sugestões, vantagens e benefícios das políticas públicas. As discussões apontaram para a relevância de fomento ao planejamento com estratégias, metas e avaliação.
