BNCC and teacher training in a competency-based curriculum proposal

Resumo: The research brings as its theme the discussions about the BNCC that regulates the contents to teach and indicates the practices looking at skills and competences. In continuing education, what contributions to a teacher, in the classroom, reflections on a curriculum based on competence for teaching content can bring? This research aims to understand the relationship between learning the content and achieving skills and competences and promoting didactic actions based on teacher narratives (PRADO 2005) and studies on the BNCC (2018) in teacher education. In progress, the research brings a qualitative approach that in training meetings at times of studies on the BNCC and dialogues based on reading/listening to teacher narratives. The first movements reveal that not all participants understand the importance of teaching actions when they consider objects of knowledge without placing them at the center of decisions while students and teachers develop skills and competences.

Na formação continuada, que contribuições a um professor, em sala de aula, podem trazer as reflexões sobre um currículo pautado na competência para ensinar conteúdos? Essa pesquisa objetiva compreender a relação entre aprender os conteúdos e alcançar habilidades e competências e fomentar ações didáticas a partir das narrativas docentes (PRADO 2005) e dos estudos sobre a BNCC (2018) na formação docente. Em andamento, a pesquisa traz uma abordagem qualitativa nas reuniões de formação em momentos de estudos sobre a BNCC e de diálogos pautados nas leituras/escuta de narrativas docentes.
