Resumo: | The teacher constitutes himself as a subject that develops constantly throughout his life and professional trajectory. Therefore, the general problem is: how do the memories constituted along the teacher's trajectory and which are shared by orality contribute to teacher training? And as a general objective: to understand how the memories constituted along the teacher's trajectory and which are shared by orality contribute to teacher training. Qualitative and bibliographic research, carried out in 2022, allowed researchers to understand that it is necessary for beginning and more experienced teachers to develop a harmonious and horizontal relationship, in which everyone's knowledge is valued and respected, as this professional learns to be a teacher. through the knowledge learned in the initial training that is articulated with the pedagogical practice, through the continuing education that he participates in and the experiences he exchanges with his peers. |

Sendo assim, tem-se como problema geral: como as memórias constituídas ao longo da trajetória do professor e que são compartilhadas pela oralidade contribuem à formação docente? E como objetivo geral: compreender como as memórias constituídas ao longo da trajetória do professor e que são compartilhadas pela oralidade contribuem à formação docente.
